We want each homeowner who reaches Paceoffers Plumbing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template, not legal advice.
You can write to us about:
The plumbers in our network run their own businesses. Each one is responsible for its estimates, prices, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work done in your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the plumber directly. Keep a written record as you go.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest. A provider that repeatedly falls short of what we expect may be removed from the network. Please know that Paceoffers Plumbing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
Email contact@paceoffers.garden and include:
First, we confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Next, we look into what happened. This may include contacting the provider. Then we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with plumbing work itself, your state or local plumbing licensing board may be able to help.
